Roger Foehn is a partner at KSTA. His main areas of practice include corporate law, transactions, banking and capital markets law, contracts and commercial litigation.
He has a wide range of experience advising companies and banks in financial transactions and on commercial legal issues.
Roger graduated from the University of Zurich Law School in 1995 and received an LL.M. from the University of New South Wales Law School (Sydney) in 2004. He was admitted to the Swiss bar in 1997. He was admitted as solicitor of the Senior Courts in England and Wales in 2008 (currently not practising).
Roger started his career in a small law firm serving small and medium companies and in a cantonal district court in Zurich. Following his admission to the bar he worked two years for UBS AG and three years for Homburger. After receiving his LL.M. degree he worked five years in the legal department of UBS Investment Bank in Zurich and in London advising on capital market and M&A transactions. After his return to Switzerland he was a senior associate in the Capital Markets and Corporate/M&A practice teams of Niederer Kraft & Frey.
